It's the end of November which means I'm sharing my monthly obsession. I always have a few favorites each month but it never fails that there's something specific I cannot live without. This month that's my Milk Makeup Flex Foundation Stick. Seriously, I've already told everyone I know that they need this foundation. Let me explain...
November was a crazy month for me. Between starting a new job (where I wear makeup everyday rather than just once a week), the Thanksgiving holiday, content shooting, and a lot of events and nights out I was in desperate need of a foundation that didn't kill my skin. You know the ones I'm talking about, the ones that leave your face feeling heavy, caky and makes you break out all the time. Ugh, I can't.
Thankfully, I was prepared and had already found the Flex Foundation stick. I bought it originally for my best friend's wedding back in October, so I knew it was great. But for those who haven't tried it yet, I'll explain.

I love simple and sleek packaging and designs. The stick is simple, sleek and fits in pretty much an makeup bag I use and I can store it on the smallest shelf in my bathroom without any issues.

🎀 The Wear
I can hear some of you now, "yeah all of that is great but..." and trust me, I know. If the wear is sh*tty what's the point, right? Don't worry though, because this foundation checks all the boxes. It's super easy to apply. I use a brush but you can use a sponge, a brush, and even your hands if you really need. It blends seamlessly with any makeup and doesn't feel like you're trying to force products to blend together.
It's a medium coverage foundation but it's super easy to add layers or even add less if you are wanting more of a different look. I also find that it covers a lot of small breakouts, so if you happen to be doing your makeup on the go and you forget concealer, don't stress.
It also lasts all day. I don't even add primer most days and this lasts through a full day of putting on and taking off masks, going from the office to dinner, I mean it's even survived workouts without smudging!
Plus it never feels gross. You know the feeling, when it seems like you're wearing layers of product on your face. Nope this is breathable, so much so that half the time I forget I'm even wearing foundation.
