Daily Makeup Routine: Disney Edition

When it comes to make-up while in Disney I like to keep it extremely light. I mean, come on, it’s usually 80-90 degrees with about 100% humidity, give or take, and walking around the parks means inevitable sweat.

I also like to keep my makeup bag light so I tend to stick with the basics when I travel. Not to mention I reapply sunscreen every few hours so theres really no point in spending that much time on my make-up.

This look takes me maybe 5 minutes, and if I’m being honest I definitely spend more time drinking my pré-park coffee than I do getting ready.

Here’s what I‘m using...

Alastin Skincare Hydratint Pro Mineral Sunscreen: Since I apply Sunscreen multiple times a day I don’t mind that this is SPF 36 plus I combine it with my SPF 50 and it works like a charm. I love the tint of this sunscreen and it blends so well with my makeup that it’s all I need for a park day! Plus it’s super light so it doesn’t make my skin feel heavy.

ZO Skin Health Daily Sheer Broad Spectrum SPF 50: I hate getting sun burned - especially when it comes to my face, shoulders, neck and chest. Those seem to be more sensitive areas of my skin so I like to add a little extra protection there and this is just the thing. I like to add this under my Alastin sunscreen for some added protection. This is also really light and leaves my skin feeling protected all day!

Milk Makeup Lip + Check Cream Blush: Shade - Werk My mom gave me this travel size blush as a stocking stuffer last year and I fell in love! I really love how subtle it looks and how well it blends in with my sunscreen. I also love how it lasts even with the constant reapplication of my sunscreen!

Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes Waterproof Mascara: Between sweat, Splash Mountain, Florida thunderstorms, and me forgetting to take my makeup off before jumping in the pool, I need a waterproof mascara for this trip! I haven’t tried this one for that long but so far it’s fantastic! It’s light and easier to get off than most of the other waterproof mascaras I‘ve tried.

Dior Addict Lip Glow and Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Plumping Gloss: Shade - Rosewood This is my go to lip combination, so there’s not much to say other than if you haven’t tried it, you need to!
